Kochi International Marina is located in Bolgatty Island, Kochi, Kerala adjacent to the Bolgatty Palace. It is now administered by Ocean Blue which is Mumbai based. It is possessed by the Kerala Tourism development Corporation. It is situated on the eastern coast of the Bolgatty Island. It was built by Hamriya free zone based Gulf marinas, Sharjah under the administration of KITCO. It started operating from 24th April 2010.
The Kochi International Marina is unique since it is one of its kind in India. Kochi is a favorite destination for the yachts and cruises moving to South East Asia and Australia. The marina is yet another feather in the crown of KTDC. It will be the favorite stop over destination for cruises.

A three storeyed building has been constructed next to the Bolgatty Palace to board sailors from all over the world, who visit the marina. The marina also provide facilities for maintenance and fixing of the yachts. Golf course, spa, swimming pool and facilities for recreation will be provided to the sailors in the second stage development of the marina.
