Men of local communities were trained to be forest guards and tourist guards and made them aware of the importance of conserving the natural resources. Even if most of them have never attended school, they have trained to be a part of this eco-tourism project. They have learn to talk in detail about the ideal time and place to see the grey headed owl, the feeding patterns of tiger butterfly or the frequented way of the closest tiger.
