Since the release of the trailer for Blessy’s ‘Aadujeevitham, The Goat Life,’ starring Prithviraj, fans have been eagerly anticipating the announcement of its release date. Finally, on Thursday, the makers revealed that the film is set to hit theaters on April 10, 2024. Based on Benyamin’s book of the same name, the movie unfolds a real-life story primarily set in Saudi Arabia, with Prithviraj portraying the lead character, Najeeb, and featuring Amala Paul in a significant role, alongside Shobha Mohan.
Initially expected to release in October, the film faced delays due to pending post-production tasks. Having been announced in 2013, the project encountered various challenges, including disruptions caused by the pandemic during its filming. The narrative follows Najeeb, a Keralite migrant worker who embarks on a journey in search of employment, leaving behind his family and village.
The gripping trailer showcased hard-hitting visuals complemented by a haunting background score, setting the stage for an intense desert adventure survival story. The film boasts a stellar crew, including A.R. Rahman, Resul Pookutty, Sreekar Prasad, and Sunil K.S. In the recently released first look poster, Prithviraj is depicted as a disheveled figure surrounded by a herd of goats, with the poignant tagline, ‘Every breath is a battle.’
